We’re Growing!

Things are in full swing here at The Mail Box Store!

This past weekend we had our official grand opening of our new store concept: The Party Box. It’s a full line of party supplies such as balloons, decoration items, gifts, and more! We saved this concept for our newest location in Highland, IL. Sure it’s more work running two stores in one (The Mail Box Store is on the other side of The Party Box section), but we’re all excited to see where it will take us.

One thing is for sure, we’re definitely going to Florida and Texas before the busy holiday shipping season starts to build out two new stores. That will put us up to 21 stores across the country! Our new owners are chomping at the bit to get going and we cant wait to get them going and turn them loose.

Speaking of chomping at the bit, we welcomed three new staff members to our family: Kyle, David, and Brittney. Each of our new team members are anxious to dive into the fold and contribute to our customers. The best part? They only have just one week of training so far!

Kyle is our new official graphic designer. He’s excited to be part of our team and looking forward to taking on our design jobs. David comes to us with managerial experience and is looking to grow our business through marketing projects. Brittney is finishing up her college career and will help us improve our day-to-day customer service and experience.

Even our full time and part time staff are stepping up and working harder each day to make our customer’s experience second-to-none. We’re all committed to our goal of being an outstanding model in the print and ship industry and helping other store owners realize their dream.

As the busy holiday season draws closer, we can’t help but look to the future with a great deal of optimism and excitement. The future is bright and full of opportunities. Our team is improving everyday and striving to find better ways of serving our customers. We hope you can be a part of our growth and think of us for all of your printing and shipping needs.
